It’s a cliche too often used in northern Michigan tourist guides, but Glen Lake truly does appear like an aquamarine gem set into the landscape of the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Connected at The Narrows, one lake with two strikingly different basins of water, Little and Big Glen Lakes are surrounded by so much history and culture: Glen Arbor, Burdickville, Glen Haven, the Dune Climb, Pierce Stocking Drive and Alligator Hill to name a few.
